Whole family is heading over to my dad's place since he was in Vegas during Christmas.

We're gonna have mexican. Guac, enchiladas, tacos, all the fixings. I've been really successful the last couple weeks with calorie control so I'll make sure I just have a taco salad..... and no beer.

I usually do baked ham and cheese sandwich skewers with honey mustard. If you buy good quality stuff, then cut the sandwiches in quarters, you can skewer and bake them with some butter, honey, and mustard glazing the tops.

They get crispy and the cheese caramelizes a bit. Hoo boy.
