Sounds like a clash of styles to me. Pioli and his east coast temperament brought into a longstanding midwestern franchise with midwestern employees that operates on a different level. It also sounds like he has created an environment that is a bit too uptight. You do that and you tend to get employees who are disgruntled and paranoid.
