I forgot which game it was, but I almost started messing with my TV's color, until I mentioned it here and somebody agreed.

It's the cheap cameras ESPN is using.

It does change hue depending on the camera being used. There are certain cameras where they look normal and others where they look almost a pinkish/orange.

At least our uniforms aren't that blackish grayish color like they used to be back during the Bud Wilkinson era.

I mean c'mon! I thought our colors were supposed to be crimson and cream! What's with all that black and white and gray crap that they used to wear?

I still tend to think about the '50s as if real life was in black and white. Gosh, I used to think that my parents lived in the stone age because of the lack of TV's and later the lack of color in the TV's.

Funny thing was that I was born in 1971. I didn't realize but even as late as 1968 there were still some shows being broadcast only in black and white. Once I realized that it kind of put a new perspective on it.

Now I think it's funny that we had a black and white TV in one of our bedrooms. I thought it was awesome that we had a TV in that bedroom. How long has it been since you could go to a store and buy a black and white TV?

Kids nowadays probably think we're old farts for remembering when you could buy a standard def CRT at Best Buy.
