See the chatter thread's MOMENT OF BILLY for when badger laughed at Billy. Of course, it was not the only time. Here was another, late in the game, ISU down by 19ish:

Billy: They have to shoot threes from here on out and it'll still take seven shots if my math is correct... how's my math?
