:( Sorry guys! A bug in the system. I couldn't choose the year 2011 for the bet! Apparently the PHP code 'rolls over' on the year if the bet is within 24 hours of the new year.

You should still be able to change it. Try switching the settlement date

It was the same on both pull downs. The year 2011 was simply no longer available as an option.
