View Full Version : Anyone know exactly what recruits will be on campus this weekend?

The ones that I know of:


#1 recruit in the nation: Dorial Green-Beckham, WR from Missouri
#4 recruit in the nation: Mario Edwards, DE, from Texas
#8 recruit in the nation: Stefon Diggs, WR from Maryland
#11 recruit in the nation: Nelson Aghlor, Athlete from Florida


All these guys are 5 star recruits and has been rumored that DGB requested all these guys to be in Norman this weekend with him!

Is the RB from Wagner going to be there?

The recruits scheduled to be here for the banquet this weekend are:

Dorial Green Beckham, Mario Edwards, Stefon Diggs, Nelson Agholor, Colin Blake, Taylor McNamara, Kyle Kelley, Kevin Peterson and Marion Grace.

Additionally the following commitments are also supposed to be in town:

Sterling Shepard, John Michael McGee, Ty Darlington, Trevor Knight, Kyle Marrs and Brannon Green.

Fifteen total.

He was Mr. Everything. Hopefully a good haul. I watched him destroy my old high school team in the finals. He looked pretty legit. Seems to be a hard worker as well.

Is this a routine kind of thing, having 15 recruits, committed or considering, on campus all at once? I have always heard of recruits and their visits in the singular.

No Jacie, it isnt a routine kind of thing. They will have a couple big weekends a year, usually after the season...but I have never heard of this many recruits coming at one time.

That said, Stefon Diggs has cancelled for this weekend.

Don't be shocked, he was originally to come in January, he is probably sticking to that since he was in NYC last weekend.

Also, our chances at Diggs may be improving. With the OCs gone at Auburn and Florida.

Actually, he and Diggs rescheduled for January. They did not cancel.

With DGB and Diggs postponing til January, is a positive thing. With as many times as DGB has already been here, he could be a guide for Diggs and OU will be the last school they visit before signing day!

looks like a big swing and miss from the supposed huge weekend... we struck out on both gerald bowman and kass everett today... bowman(USC) bigtime juco safety and everett(TT) a bigtime juco corner...

i thought bowman was supposed to be and everett is his teammate i believe... either way... other than the wagoner kid, we got nothing from the weekend...
