OU releases that WR Jaz Reynolds (kidney), RB Brandon Williams (neck) and FB Aaron Ripkowski (back) will miss Insight Bowl. Big losses.

Not sure. I thought SicEm would have started his own Baylor Board by now.

has this been an unusual year for injuries incurred IN PRACTICE?

BV is sneaking in to their rooms and beating them in their sleep.

He wouldn't be able to do that if MStoops was here.

Have you read the outright ****ing ignorance on this board? I think I just answered your question.

I think we need about 10 years of no bowls, no nothing. Then, maybe then will we have a fanbase that's worthy of the paperclip. Maybe. After that, we'll rebuild from scratch, and then after about another 10 years, we'll need to off about 90% of them. You know, kinda like now?

I'm more than a little pissed at Miller and Calhoun right now. TWO running backs available for the bowl game?!?!!

Wow, injuries have hurt this team. This year reminds me when OU ended up playing Stanford in the Sun Bowl. I wonder if OU will still be favored by 16 with all of the injuries. However, Frank Alexander and Ronnell Lewis will probably be back, right?

That is a long time to be in the hospital for a renal contusion. Hope the is a short term injury...

Our running back and receiver status is crazy...

I will be shocked if R. Lewis plays in this game...

I think we have seen the last of Ronnell Lewis. It looks like he is packing his bags and is in the NFL Player Protection Program.

Really? You think the Hammer would take this bowl game off if he was healthy? His last game as a Sooner?

The guy didn't bother to do something as simple as go to class with a conference title on the line. He might surprise me, but I'm not holding my breath. Personally, I think the bigger surprise would be Stoops LETTING him back after a stunt like that.

Bad news, especially for Jaz. I had no idea he was still hospitalized. Hope he heals okay and no there's no life-after-football affects.

We were at the game and I counted 28 Sooner players in OU street clothes. Then we had the lineman get hurt near the beginning of the game and McCoy hurt near the end. Now that was the season of injuries where we didn't start the same people on the offensive line for two games straight. Yet we beat Stanford -- know Luck didn't play but neither did Bradford and they had Toby Gearhardt!

Toby Gearhardt is really turning things around for the Vikings.

Whew! I'm relieved. Don't like to see anybody hurt, but when I saw the post, I was afraid they did something like violating team rules etc. and were enduring the wrath of Stoops.
