Rumor starting to spread: Venables is out

Anyone else hearing legitimate talks of this?

I have a few acquaintances on the periphery within the program, a few that are players and of course we all know boosters. There is strong talk from within the program that that something will be happening, and some players that have apparently "banded" against him (whatever that really means). They are saying Venables is being let go in the coming weeks.

Anyone else hearing similar talk? or is this just posturing to try and make something happen?

I like not having coaching rumors surrounding OU. You know who's funny to read right about now? TexAgs. They are freaking the **** out over who their next coach is because the Aggie admins aren't revealing anything to the public. All the flight tracking sites in the world is not revealing anything and their lack of info is KILLING them :rcmad:
