LOL at the fact that if you view this thread on the main SF.com page the thread title reads:

Thank goodness its at least on KAUT and not that crappy cox channel that has the tv guide run across the bottom of it.

I think it may also be on ESPN3. I hope.

Well, I live in Tulsa, I should be able to give a scouting report on ORU! :D

Projected starters:

F Craion, 6-5, 12.9 ppg, 7.8 rpg
F Morrison, 6-6, 16.4 ppg, 3.8 rpg
F Roundtree, 6-8, 12.8 ppg, 7.6 rpg
G Niles, 6-4, 11.8 ppg, 4.1 rpg
G Pearson, 6-1, 7.1 ppg, 2.5 apg

They are currently 6-2 and projected to be the Summit League's token NCAA bid team. Their only losses have been close --- UTSA (78-77 in a Stillwater tournament) and West Virginia (78-71). The team that took OSU to the wire last night? They beat em by a comparable margin, but admittedly, ORU's game was a home game and OSU's game was a road game (I'm referring to Misery State).

Unless you have last season wiped from your permanent memory (if you have succeeded at this, please share your methods!), you might recall that ORU led OU in last season's matchup early-on before falling to a 1-3-1 defensive scheme.

Here's a feature on OU assistant Crutchfield's ties to ORU:

http://www.tulsaworld.com/sportsextra/ORU/article.aspx?subjectid=95&articleid=20111208_92_B1_NORMAN987805

So long as we don't start and stay flat, I expect OU to win. I hope OU will use last year's embarrassing start, following by OU's crazy point happy run to motivate them to put ORU away early and not let them into the game.

I don't neg people for pointing out the avatar/sig/status/vBookie hijack. It happens quite often and fortunately, nobody's mistaken me for a Poke fan yet. :stunned:

I can't wait to beat Arkansas. BEAT ARKANSAS! Any good vBetting ideas before I post the vBookie event?
