Lots of action happening over the last few days, but nothing compared to the big move made by the Angels today. Signing big Albert Pujols away from the Cardinals for a 10 year, $250MM+ contract and a no trade clause. Huge committment to a guy that will be 32 next month. Hopefully this doesn't backfire as bad as Vernon Wells did for them last year. Smart move for the Angels with the LA market up for grabs right now with the Dodgers having their ownership issues.

Angels also scoop up former Ranger's pitcher, CJ Wilson for 5 years and $77.5MM. Though CJ could have gotten more, but he's a California guy, so I think he was willing to take less to get back out to California. He is a huge dooshbag, but he does provide audio gold for Rangers fans.
