I think so....if you live close to a bomb range, it's not out of the realm of possibilities that some sort of projectile could make it's way towards nearby homes.

I think the Mythbusters guys are always insured before any of their experiments just in case accidents happen.

Medicine Park, Oklahoma is located across the fence from the down-range portion of the Fort Sill artillery range. It is not THAT unusual for someone in Medicine Park to be similarly suprised
