Why do we hurry up to the line and stand there for 10 seconds until the other team gets set? Doesn't that pretty much negate the no huddle?

we look like idiots with 3 coaches on the sideline doing stupid play calls in.

No, it still stops the other team from substituting. Problem right now is that we don't have a personal advantage that we are trying to protect.
