There are some great kids entering high school who look at OU as a team that gets led to water, but will not drink. Changes need to be made. We cannot be complacent with 7 conference championships. The #8 we are looking for is much bigger..................And we will continue to look for it if fundamental changes are not made. Nothing drastic, just a willingness to change.
