it's not a trophy until its laying on the ground, tongue hanging out with a .270 (thats what i use) round through its hide...

That's a very nice buck Howie. I'd shoot him for sure. Might even hang him on the wall of honor at the Deanarosa.

I wasn't too far from you yesterday. I'm driving a truck/trailer hauling cars/trucks for a dealership for something to do to keep me busy. Last few days I've been to Killeen, TX, then on to Sikeston, MO, then back down this way. Drove through Sallisaw yesterday afternoon. Shoulda turned off and headed to Poteau and bagged that buck.

Hes only showing up at night , I cant wait to see what he looks like next year if he survives this season .
