Nice win for Sooners, play again tonight

Oklahoma (3-0) beats Washington State (2-2) 74-59 in first round of 76 Classic. Box score attached. The Sooners held the Cougars to 19 second-half points on 6-for-27 field goal shooting. Calvin Newell came off the bench to score a game-high 18 points (four 3-pointers) while Sam Grooms tallied nine points, 10 assists and just one turnover.

OU will play Santa Clara tonight at 11 p.m. CT (ESPN2).
