Along with Blackmon and Robert Woods of USC. Good on ya, Ryan.

Hopefully they give it to him as a career award....What are the chances of that? If not Blackmon wins in a landslide...

Good to see. I wouldn't mind seeing him win it at all.

I wonder if the fact Blackmon has already one might help the chance to award to Broyles. He probably won't win it, but he deserves it.

I say we tell our defense to step up and cover Blackmon like a blanket to win Broyles the award.
I haven't looked at his numbers this year but Blackmon already has one and has a huge future in the NFL awaiting him. We'll see what the voters think... career vs. year.

Just comparing #'s if Blackmon doesn't have a big game on Dec 3 I think Broyles has a real shot at winning it. ... I didn't think that before looking at the stats because of the injury. I thought he would win it before he got hurt.

If Blackmon has a big Bedlam game then he will win it for sure ala Michael Crabtree his second time. He won that award with his catch against Texas.

No need to over analyze it, Cowboy. Broyles won't win it on a 75% duty cycle. I'm sure he became a finalist due to what he was able to do in 9 games as well as career achievement I'm glad they put him on the list out of respect, but he won't win.
He's the alltime leader in receptions. They should do the right thing and give it to him.

It wouldn't hurt my feelings for him to win it. He's done some amazing years in his 4 years of playing.

I figured Broyles was out of the running after his injury. I doubt he wins, but at least he has been named a finalist.

Robert Woods is a legit contender too but I'd love to see Ryan win it. FWIW, Coach Norvell knows Freddie B. and last year after the award ceremony set up a meet and greet for Ry and Fred. I guess they sat together for hours chatting it up. I know Fred doesn't choose on his own, but this might help!

If Blackmon wins I just hope they show this...
