This last Saturday was the 300th OU game I have attended. Good Lord willing and the creek don't rise the Iowa State game will complete 40 years in a row without missing a home game.

I have seen just over 25% of every game OU has ever played.

Congratulations - now, I want to see the athletic office do you a nice recognition.

Have they been trying to get you to surrender your season tickets? I've got a buddy who has had tickets handed down from his grandparents. He has an annual fight with the ticket office to keep them. I don't understand all of the details, but apparently for him to keep his tickets they want a big donation which he can't afford.

Again, kudos on many years of SOONER fandom.

you started your streak while I was still in school at OU. got to see some pretty good games back in that day. I had an 8 year streak starting in 1970, but then we moved to Colorado and by the time we moved back to Oklahoma the money was going to raising the kids, etc., so there was no way to start going again.

Back when I started going every game kicked off at 1:30. Now I might not know when the game is going to kick until Monday or they do something like the ISU game and set the time and then change it.
