I love me some Harry Potter books, but this is weird. I mean, why try to play a game that is designed to be played flying around? You lose the whole point if you're not actually flying...

I think it would be greatly improved (although "purists" would disagree, if there is such a thing as a quidditch purist) if they dropped the broomsticks. Then it'd be a respectable sport comparable to rugby.

I don't think I want my alma mater to field a quiddytch team (did I spell that correctly).

In the video of the Harvard women's quiddytchers, they had matching unis and brooms. Then this girl at the end gets all weird saying crap like, our brooms really fly but we don't want to do it in front of the muggles . . .
