There haven't been too many games. That is how big this game is...and coming off that loss last week. I can't remember a bigger "gut check", other than the Texas Rangers tonight.
Stoops is 1-2 in these situations. Last year at Mizzou and 2001 at Nebraska were both losses to unbeaten teams in October or November. His only win?
2000 at Kansas State. I hope for the same results tomorrow.
Switzer only ONCE played in such scenarios...a win at Nebraska in 1987.
Looking back, the Big 8 was really, really weak.
