After a big loss is definitely when this message board has its best entertainment value. It actually soothes some of the hurt to get a good laugh seeing what the armchair quarterbacks all know, that the coach that's taken this team to 4 NC games the last ten years cant figure out. Doesn't understand the players and who ought to be on the field, cant size up the opponents and manage against what they're trying to do, is completely blind to his own coaching staff's incapabilities, and refuses to pull out the magic wand and dictate the outcome of each game, when all signs point to the need to do that. Oh crap, here I go laughing again

I consider last night's loss less of an embarassment than the 1975 23-3 loss to KU in Norman.

That said my perspective of a loss has changed over time. It's just a game people. Learn to live with it.
