We've gone into a 30-minute delay as the weather has intervened with visible lightning around the stadium. ABC is reporting that the strikes are outside the six-mile radius where the NCAA mandates evacuation. The teams had not yet come out onto the field but you can imagine the frustration as the guys get fired up to take the field and then are told to cool their heels. Safety first.

Well a delay personally makes me smile a bit. I think the good lord is looking out for me so I can watch the game. Here in Montana you have to find a good sports bar to even see the game because of the split withe Washington game. Lucky I have one here. But they love their U of Montana football although there is better highs ho football in okie land and they won't turn the tv's until it is over......which will be about an hour. Perfect! Well, for me at least. BOOMER!
