I heard one of the ESPN guys (not Gilmore) say that the ACC was getting a "heck of a football program" with Syracuse. What???

a fluke...as IronHorse knows...they came back on WFU earlier this year, which was their biggest win to date. a bit of a weird win tonight, but a BAD loss by the guy named Dana

In ESPiN math, yes it does! Remember, ESPiN is peppered with grads from two journalism schools- Mizzou and SU. The SU folks will pump up this win, and talk about how great WVU is; thus, the LSU win over WVU is still a great one. This is a bit cynical, but again, this is ESPiN.

Judging by what the BCS guy at ESPiN wrote in an article the other day, the top three teams are so close that something like this could drop LSU's SOS just enough in the computers to knock them from the top. I can hear the cursing in Baton Rouge all the way up here.

The 'Cuse! They are FAR away from any subways up there. I also married into a family of Cuse lifetime season ticket holders.
