I know Musburger and Herbstreit usually go with Gameday, but there are times when Herbstreit will fly out after gameday to the primetime game…

Any ideas? Or is this already known?

Musberger and Herbstreit will probably be doing the Wisconsin-Sparty game on ESPN. OU-Texas Tech is a split regional game.

It's not just you. Nessler & Danielson (pre-SEC honk days, of course) were easily my favorite team when they were together back in the early/mid 90's.

Ron Franklin and Trev Alberts.

Pretty funny. Got me thinking, what is Trev Alberts doing today??? He is an Athletic Director...

Alberts was hired in April 2009 to be the director of athletics at the University of Nebraska-Omaha (http://www.soonerfans.com/wiki/University_of_Nebraska-Omaha)[3] (http://www.soonerfans.com/#cite_note-unomahaRel-2) despite having no experience.

I believe the potential for UNO’s athletic programs is unlimited. This new chapter in my life will be exciting for me and for my family. I had an amazing experience as a college athlete. For several years now, I’ve wanted to return to college athletics and give something back. This position at UNO is a privilege.—Alberts upon assuming the UNO job

Alberts cut football and wrestling, the only sport with NCAA championships this decade,[4] (http://www.soonerfans.com/#cite_note-3) in an effort to bring University of Nebraska-Omaha (http://www.soonerfans.com/wiki/University_of_Nebraska-Omaha) to Division I's Summit League (http://www.soonerfans.com/wiki/Summit_League). University regents approved Alberts' controversial decision on March 25, 2011borrowed from Wikipedia...

Putting all speculation and kvetching aside, Awful Announcing website says the game will be called by Brad Nessler; Todd Blackledge and Holly Rowe.

Nessler and Blackledge are good, Holly Rowe, I can do without. Then again, I think all sideline reporters are pretty much worthless.

I have heard a slight chance of rain for Saturday in Norman, so perhaps Gary England will be announcing the game Saturday night?

Gary: You are not missing any of the game...

(cuts back in the middle of Ryan Broyles celebrating a touchdown)

Gary: We apologize for the earlier break-in of missing part of the game. You will not miss any of the game here...

(cuts back to Travis Lewis doing the shark fin thing after a big sack for 20-yard loss)

Gary: We once again apologize for the earlier break0in of missing part of the game. We promise that you will not miss any of the game this time...

(cuts back to BoB Stoops' postgame presser)

Gary: ****

Brad Nessler is the best espn has by far. I miss when he did the bigger games. Him, Danielson and Lynn Swann were the best team in the last 15 years.

Yeah. I don't mind the B team, or even the C team, but those guys are like the P team.
