Wow, its a day game! Also, BU @ OSU is in the same 2:30pm timeslot on ABC.

I also said in predicting the KU game, "Flatsville again. Landry can't hit the deep throws. Receivers have developed a case of the dropsies. We can't run the football. The D still gives up too many big plays. The kickoff coverage is horrendous. We can't kick a FG over 30."

Joy. We got a FG of 36. I was so wrong. Yea.

But I also could have added, "Landry locks down on underneath receivers and doesn't see the intermediate routes with no one within 15-20 yards of our receiver," which happened twice right in front of me. Instead, what Landry did was throw a pick, and then throw an almost pick, because he thought his mighty mighty super-arm could force the ball into tight coverage, and that Millard and Hanna would pull his A** out of the fire like Broyles and Stills always do.

That act won't play in Manhattan. Sorry.

Not likely, since for that night, the 8 pm ET slot on ABC is for regional games, and ESPN probably wouldn't sell the game to FOX for that time slot, either.

Much better to have a day game there. Plus it won't interfere with Halloween parties for those of us watching on TV.
