I am at a restaurant and order my meal, it comes with two side orders. They bring me the wrong side order for both of them. They apologize and bring me the correct two side order, leaving me with a total of 4.

What is the proper etiquette in this situation? Can I request a box to bring the two extra sides home without looking like a dbag?

No question...box up the leftovers. Otherwise they end up in the trash (or worse, someone else's plate).
