Not saying they are anywhere near the same player and apologize if this has been posted but AD vs DOM conditioning stats:

Broad Jump: AD-10-10 DOM: 11-1

40: AD: 4.37 DOM: 4.40

Short shuttle: AD: 4.28 DOM: 4.28

Vertical Jump: AD: 39.5 DOM: 40.5

Power Clean: AD: 275 DOM: 355

Squat: AD: 465 DOM: 525

Bench Press: AD: 365 DOM: 355

Pretty impressive for a "walk-on"

Yeah, that's sick. Dom's still a little light to be a feature back like AD, but he's every bit an amazing RB that is killing it on the field.

In his ESPN The Magazine article, he's listed at 5'10", 210 with a 4.39 40 time.

He has great promise. I have been very impressed by his physical strength. He's got it all, upper and lower body. You'll recall one time he got hit on the sideline and shook off the tackler's full body impact and stayed in bounds. It was an incredible display of raw, brute strength.

What is the broad jump?

rock on sooner

Broad jump is the player stands flat footed, squats and jumps as far as he can. Tests the twitch fibers in the leg muscles, similar
to the vertical testing.
