Georgia had the drive of the day at Tennessee. It started late in the third quarter, took 8:21 off the clock, covered a whopping 28 yards and ended in a punt.
The drive started on the Bulldogs own three-yard-line. After picking up four first downs, Georgia was in field goal range at the Tennessee 23. However, the Bulldogs were flagged for holding on first down. That was followed by a one-yard loss on a running play. Then, the flags flew with a fury. Holding. Holding. Holding declined so a personal foul could be accepted. Suddenly, it's second-and-56 for the Bulldogs back at their own 31. That was followed by another one-yard loss and a one-yard gain, leaving fourth-and-56. The punt didn't even reach the first down marker. Georgia even committed another personal foul on the punt return.
