No, not that far. I say the Sooners and the Pokes exchange rankings. They'll go up to #3 and we'll fall to #5.

I would say Florida probably passes us, maybe Vanderbilt.

Well according to this guy we should be behind LSU, Alabama, and Wisconsin.

But how good is Oklahoma? Think about it.

The Sooners beat an overrated Florida State team that played most of the game with a redshirt freshman quarterback. That same Seminoles squad lost to Wake Forest on Saturday. Oklahoma also topped a Missouri team that's breaking in a new quarterback and still is a work in progress.

And Texas? It's nowhere near ready for prime time and doesn't look like much of a measuring stick.

Bottom line: Oklahoma isn't on the same level as LSU and Alabama... and maybe even Wisconsin.

Who has Wiscy played?

Nebraska, of course. Didn't you see them just run all over the Huskers? Obviously this proves they are better than OU.

Although I get the premise of the thread, I think being behind Bama and LSU is fair and hard to argue with.

I bet we move up to #2 and stay #1 in the coaches.

And Texas? It's nowhere near ready for prime time and doesn't look like much of a measuring stick.

So the fact that we destroyed Texas means that our win was less impressive?

I'm sick of this backwards logic.

This type of logic was used against us in the three way tie a few years ago. Since we beat Tech so bad, they clearly were not deserving of being considered so therefore Texas should win because they were the head-to-head against the only worthy teams.

Clearly we need to stop beating teams so bad.

The ESPiN machine is so corrupt and self-serving. The fact that these ******-nozzles ranked Auburn so high this past week just pisses me off. Seriously... They should have 4 losses after tonight instead of 2, and the only reason is that officiating crews took care of them against USU, and gift wrapped the game for them against MSU.

So now, because Auburn was ranked so high and lost to Arkansas who was beat by the NFL-ready team of Alabama, we have to hear one more time about how the SEC rulz all.

Also, when is anyone going to come clean and say that Florida is ridiculously over rated this year?
