I listen to the Sirius broadcast, it is about 15 seconds ahead of the Directv (local redirect) broadcast so I use the DVR to sync the broadcasts. When the game is on a cable network without the local broadcast redirect, the difference is about 8 seconds. If the Sirius was behind the TV broadcast I could pause the Sirius with the receiver that I have to sync it.
