Huh? I thought the spread was kind of crazy (given that Cal was 3-1), but I didn't think they would win...

I know it's only half-time, but Cal is hangin' in there. Unless they pull an Aggie, this may become interesting.

Sure would make LSU's win kinda look weak.

Cal almost won last year. Maybe they are still mad...

It's much better than it used to be. This game (surprisingly) has been low scoring.

Again with the uniforms. Their unifroms say "Fighting Ducks".

They are supposed to be a "retro" uni. But, I've watched a lot of years of college football, and as far as I can tell, they look just like they have since they Nike-fied their unis.

Cal doing a good job of keeping up with Oregon. The INT was huge... and great for momentum through the second quarter. Need that to continue through the second half.

doncha just love the ESPN half time show and their unabashed pimping of the LHN game of Texass vs Kansas.

IF Cal can find a way to not Aggie up the second half...I would love to see the spin the SEC fans put on it. The LSU win over Oregon has been a big part of the argument why LSU is ranked #1. They won't say the the PAC is a good conference, so they'll have to pull something else out of their ***.

I'm sure the entire college football watching public will rush out and order the Texas/KU game!

That line was crazy. I threw down some Vcash on the over but it looks like I might have missed on that at this rate.

I put some vCash on Cal, but I was tempted to take the over.

Who knows, Oregon could come out and dominate the second half. It could very easily end up being 55-15...kinda like what Pitt did last week.

Is there a vcash store where I can buy things with it? If not, what is vcash for exactly?

The James injury looks serious - forget what I said about the Ducks beating Stanford in another thread...

Oregon's backup, Barner, is still pretty good, though.

Agreed that Barner is good, but James was probably neck and neck with Richardson for the top RB Heisman candidate. He had just turned out his 3rd consecutive 200+ yard game. And there is the depth issue as well - losing James would be a big deal.

Barner does look good, but you could definitely tell there was a drop off when James went down. Oregon should give Stanford a game, but I think their offense took a major hit last night (losing James). As we saw in the LSU game, the loss of one key player can affect this particular Oregon team in a major way.
