Looks like it was an hour after the Mizzou game. How does he get to that point that quickly?

When will these kids learn? I'm not saying that I didn't do stupid things like this in college, but then again I wasn't playing on a high profile team.

Do we know he suited up? I think you can only suit up a certain number of players for a game.

I think he is out with an shoulder injury so he might not have even been at the game, but at home or over a buddy's house.

I think he's a walk on with a shoulder injury, so he might not have even been at the game (or perhaps he was sitting in the student section and snuck out early with the lot of em, lol)

Not sure if Stoops is going to put up with this from a walk-on, especially one who is older and supposed to be mature. Wouldn't be surprised to see him sent packing.

I would hate for Stoops to show that kind of inconsistency in how he disciplines his players

Yea people make mistakes.... I have my opinion about Norman Police, especially in game day. But I'll keep that to myself

I have never spoken a kind word about Norman PD since they ticketed me in a speed trap. OUPD, however, nothing but love. :)

Why? Are you afraid that a lurking Norman PD officer will recognize your avatar in public and harass you?

So lets hear it!!

OU PD does pretty much nothing but troll Boyd street for speeders. Don't think you'd like them too much if you drove around that area much.

I know for road games there is a limit on the number of players allowed to travel (and suit up), I don't think there is a limit for home games though. Of course, this is all based on absolutely nothing. So, my usual input.

You can't blame blowing a .14 on the OUPD, NPD, being a student-athlete or being black/white/purple. Although he might've been a little green at that point!

Too bad Vet is not still here. He would say that everyone of us had gotten behind the wheel at one time or another after having some drinks.

He must not have suited up because he couldn't have reached nearly double the legal limit in a matter of minutes.

Hope you get out, soon.

Was he getting trashed on the sidelines during the game? Drinking away the pain from all those yards given up I suppose. Costly drinking game.

I don't drink alcohol. As my grandma used to tell me, 'Alcohol is the devils playground!'

players can loose between 10 & 15 lbs. during a game, if not re-hydrated properly even a small amount of alcohol came be devestating.

my friend mike reilly...sooners lb/de in the late 70's, early 80's...got booted off the team by coach switzer in his senior year.

he was a late round pick by the los angeles rams...after a scrimmage game against another nfl team, he drank about a 6-pack of beer after the game...had a wreck on the way home that killed a 17 year old kid...his b.a.c. was through the roof! reilly could drink others under the table and still be ok...dehydration + alcohol = DRUNK!

he was fined & benched by pete rozell and later kicked off the team...

sad but true...

Doesn't a player have to.... um like play in the game first? Londell did not participate in the Missouri game nor the other two.
