I dont have a problem with it - he's "gel'in" with his players in a moment of joy - so he cut loose and acted like a goof

his players seem to love it and thats all that matters

i can find a dozen other reasons to hate on osu - that wont be one of them

I just spoke to a Poke colleague, congratulating on the big win in College Station, but Poke was all like "It wasn't our biggest win ever. That's the wins against OU." Then went on to say that the A&M win was meaningless without a win over OU.

I mean... I was kind of taken aback. Is winning on the road over a top-10 team beneath OSU now?

But, thinking fast, I was like "Be careful what you wish for. We went to the Rose Bowl last time you beat us."

I think Poke said something along the lines of that it was a dream season.

Dream season. In 2002-2003? The year you all lost the Cotton Bowl? All because you beat OU?!?!?!?!?

No lie, my first year at OU I was at O' Connell's for St. Patty's day. We start drinking at 9, instead of going to class and we were three sheets by lunchtime. By 2, everyone that had been at O'Connell's for the same amount of time was more than drunk. There is a local there, not a student. He must have come in from one of the smaller towns nearby because because his dress did not say academic. This happened in the late 90's. But, he had a sweet mid 80's mullet with acid wash jeans and the sleeves cut off of his t-shirt. They played some song over the speakers that leaves me at the moment. Anyhow, the song they were playing must have been his sex song because dude, drunk as a skunk and looking like a homeless Billy Ray Cyrus, starts dry-humping the wall and dropping it low. A crowd starts gathering around in utter-disbelief and this just encourages dude to spread-hump faster. I am not kidding when I say it looked like the same dance the 40-year-old just did on the video, absent the wall. I am now going back into the recesses of my memory to see the acid-wash wall rapists' face. I think is was McGunderson, I swear!
