I've always been a CR fan...the Reserve was ok...but the black has a little different taste and is SMOOTHER than Dean's ball sack.

It's OK. I got a couple bottles of it for my retirement. I still prefer Wiser's to any of the Crown products though. Hell, Wiser's has beaten them in all the Canadian whiskey ratings for the past several years. Half the price too.

Havent tried Wiser's but I have tried C.R. Black. It's pretty danged good just straight out of the bottle. Easy Drankin'

Four Roses 2011 Single Barrel Limited Edition bourbon is truly da bomb! I am forever thankful that Four Roses was sold by Seagrams to Kirin and FR got rid of their nasty blended whiskey and hired Jimmy Rutledge, the best master bourbon distiller alive.
