Yup, one of OUr favorite former whorn RB's, Cedric Benson, has been notified he will be suspended for three games for conduct unbecoming an NFL player during the lockout (the league was unable to punish at the time because he was, well, locked out and to make it even more interesting, it has been suggested that since the incidents occurred when there was no agreement in place, they shouldn't count!). The suspension, actually suspensions since 7 other players are also being disciplined, were worked into the agreement between the NFL and the NFLPA (word is some of the affected players were unaware of this until after the fact).
