Seems high to me. It's so early in the season, and it's hard to tell what kind of team Mizzou has. The only quality opponent they played was ASU, at ASU, and they lost in overtime. Then ASU turns around and loses to Illinois.

Pinkel said this is the "best defensive unit he's had since he got to Missouri". But, offensively, I can't imagine they'll have much success on Saturday.

21 points just seems a little high to me, but then again, who I am to argue Vegas?!

Hmmm, that does sound big, I betcha a bunch of peeps take Mizery on that one, and then we'll beat the everlovin' snot out of 'em and Vegas will rake in yet another huge cha-ching on those darling Sooners in Norman. Vegas LOVES OU in Norman.

87-0...

I agree with your conservative estimate. Drew Allen will be taking a knew on 4th down in the 3rd quarter.

I have a hunch that this will be more than a 21 point game. We shall see though.

Vegas DOES love OU in Norman! We're 2-0 against the spread, so maybe we'll cover.

I don't bet anything besides vCash anyway...because I'm a wimp.

I'm concerned this is a trap game and the team will be looking ahead to Ball State.

I think we will cover the 21, but I am curious to see how our run defense is when they have us spread out. Especially since the QB will be more involved in the run game than Gabbert was.

Not worried about their passing game at all.

Vegas thinks the Sooners are gonna come uncorked on Mizzou at home for payback. I think Vegas is right. Absolute destruction....

So far this season, the story about OU has really been the defense. I think this is the game when the O decides to prove their worth. Thus, I think 21 is probably low and it depends mostly on when Bob puts the fourth string in to avoid running up the score.

LOL!! I actually heard some Moe-Ron talking head in the preseason saying Ball State is our trap game, we'll be coming off a big win over Mizery, and get caught looking ahead to whorn. And he actually gets paid to be that idiotic.

Another way of saying it is, "Would you take less than 21 points to put your money on one-loss Mizzou, in Norman, the week after OU pounded the No 5 team on their home field?"

Cuz I wouldn't.

That does seem like a lot of points. I wouldn't bet a nickle on that game, one way or the other.

Bob Stoops LOVES revenge games. Think us winning 77-0 didn't have just a LITTLE bit to do with the fact that A&M beat us the year prior (even though it was with a different coach?).

As such, I suggest you all book it over to vBookie and put your vCash up on this game's point spread, over/under and other fun OU-related vBets
