Just curious. Are there any changes to the Big XII or not?
Beebe still the commish? Shared revenue? etc...

i doubt theres much reform other than equal revenue sharing on tier 1 money...

Beebe will be out .... Tier 1 and tier 2 money will be distributed evenly ... and the LHN deal will be untouchable .... and since under the current deal ... OU made more money than Baylor or Iowa St ..... the deal will actually cost OU a few million because of revenue sharing and Texas will keep their new toy intact.

I believe * & ESPN will also have to abide by conference rulings and eliminate all HS programming, to include highlight shows, from the LHN. Sure, keep the revenue but any HS content is out.

I don't know when the Big 12 teleconference is, other than that it is scheduled for today, but Mac94 pretty much covered the main topics:

- Beebe going to be asked to resign.
- Even distribution of TV revenue
- Trying to convince A&M to stay.
- Force new restrictions on LHN programming (no HS highlights, games or anything involving recruits, I think)
- Pursuing at least a 10th member if A&M cannot be convinced to stay.

Prior to yesterday.......there was the perception that OU was Texas' lap dog.

Going forward.......its reality.

That's the only real change we will see.
