It was the government that filed the suit, not any individual.

I have never seen Bass Pro as a racist place, but then again, I've only visited the one in Broken Arrow, and I've only been there a few times.

Couldn't the EEOC be suing them on behalf of the employees?
Just asking because I thought you had to go through the EEOC and give them a chance to regulate before you sued a company yourself. Besides, where else would they get all that info.

Either way, Bass Pro is in for some heavy fines.
