That is a freaking high school offense. UCLA obviously has no speed or physicality of their back 7.

UCLA LOOKS LOST, CONFUSED AND HIT LIKE A BUNCH OF *****S

Well, the chemistry with McCoy does look better than Gilbert. UCLA doesn't seem to be covering well.

Their corners are getting blocked 20 yards downfield. No run support at all.

A Shipley made a mistake??

Both of them went to Texas, I'd call that a pretty big mistake.

It's pretty bad when Gilbert is not the worst QB in the stadium. Prince needs to get benched after that last INT.

Soonerfan88

UCLA is absolutely pathetic. I can't wait for an overconfident and over-hyped whorn team to roll into Ames and get whipped in a couple of weeks.

Look for Rick to be fired, bring in Mike Leach

UCLA is incredibly bad. Never understood why UCLA is awful at football. Beautiful campus in a beautiful area in an incredibly rich talent area, yet they have had only a small handful of decent seasons over the past 20 years.

soonerhubs
9/17/2011, 03:33 PM
In all honesty Texas looks much better than last week. They finally have an offensive identity. However, I don't think they're the world beaters ESpin is pimping them to be.

Dodds must have Beebe on speed dial re the officiating crew.

They've done well ever since they benched Garrett Gilbert.

Me either. They've always had good athletes and had periods where they were pretty darn good. Beat Nebraska, Tennessee, USC...they've had some moments.

That's why they are hated. They aren't ND. The rest of the country already thinks Texas is full of a bunch of arrogant pr*cks and the more ESPN pimps them the more hated they will become. Just look at the article already starting to come out in the national media regarding Texas and the LHN.

I cannot wait to leave the two Austin officiating crews in the dust of the Schooner as we head west. Does this mean TX makes the Top 10 this week? I am watching NE/WA rather than this game but WA just got hosed on a call in that game.

9/17/2011, 04:46 PM
OK, lucky break by Texas. McCoy shows off his noodle arm on an underthrown deep ball and it goes right off the safety's hands to the Texas receiver. If I'm not mistaken that safety is the player ESPN featured before the game. If that is the best the Bruins have, they are in for a long year.

Slick Rick may not last the week, let alone the season. The only silver lining here is that * will not be so convinced they are back, a loss in Ames will be even comical.
