Burgers, several various sausages including hot links which are my favorite, smoked brisket (caught my neighbor firing up his smoker yesterday morning, yay!), potato salad, huge 10-cheese snack platter and whatever other side dishes/deserts other people bring. We're having too many people over for this game to get too awfully carried away with the menu. And for whatever reason, it seems we've all settled on Fosters as the beer for this game.

Up here in northeastern NM, I roasted some fresh green chile and added potatoes, chopped sirloin and Agee other things. Well in other words, I got some damn good green chile stew. Oh and some dos equis for my drink of choice.

I lift 4 times a week and try to stay in good shape, so I don't go crazy on game day. I'm going to throw some burgers on the grill and not have any buns. Then a side of green beans with bits of bacon mixed in. Wash it all down with some cold water and call it good to go.

Down here in dixie it's going to be grilled, boneless chicken breasts, ribs, baked beans and potato salad. Snacking on salted in-shell peanuts and washing it down with Corona light w/salt & lime....
