better than last week, but still look arena league-ish. seeing crap like that--along with the oregon and OSwho's of the world, make me feel so proud to be a fan of a school that actually has a classic traditional uniform.

If they hadn't done the goofy uniform thing no one would be talking about Maryland football. As it is, people have been talking about them ever since. The uniform change is working for them. alot of kids liked the uniforms.

Uni-watch is a great site. I've been a regular reader there for quite a while. Paul Lukas (the author of that site, and the occasional ESPN page 2 column) does a great job of covering all aspect of the uniform world. Although, he's a bit of a old school guy, and it's too fond of the newer uniforms...but, I tend to agree with him most of the time.

So they'll come out in that during pregame warmups, but then, shortly before kickoff, change into...

All those crappy uniforms that all the second rate teams are comig up with seem to be nothing more than a way to be talked about when they are unable to receive that kind of attention by simply playing football. Thank you for the tradition Oklahoma!

Heard verbally, haven't researched it, that the Under Armor owners basically Phil Knighted the Maryland team like Nike did to Oregon.

Ohio state has a turn on the awfulunigoround. Why would anyone mess with tOSU helmets?

Yeah, I am not sure how good of a runner Phil Knight was when he was at Oregano, but Kevin Plank was good enough for Maryland football to be special teams captain. That's reportedly where he got the idea for the shirts from --- his cotton shirt would be soaked in sweat, but his compression shorts weren't.

But since when are Michigan State's colors green and gold?

Army's and Navy's look OK, but the MSU and Tosu are abominations. The bucknut's looks just like ugas did last week, and the MSU unis are cheap knock-offs of Oregon's crapola look.

There's only two kind of people who think all this stuff is bad-***. 14-19 year old wiggers, and dumbasses.

I don't like MSU's simply because gold isn't their color. Otherwise, they'd be fine. tOSU's are terrible. Don't care for Stanford's. Navy's is good. Army's is cool except for the West Point on the back. I think LSU's actually look the best, and it pains me to say that. They should wear those on the road all the time.

Nike seems to have toned it down for this set of uniforms.

They actually did a decent job with the service schools. Army's cleat/sock combo look like desert boots, and the Navy numbers look like the USN ship numbers. The rest belong in the XFL.

Since we need some recruiting help in b-ball these days, maybe we should come out dressed in the Oklahoma state flag. Not that blue's one of our colors, but wtf?

Since when did the rest of the male world get so into playing dressup?

Or is it just college age kids?
