About right, I'd say...I kinda thought we would get a slight bump by dominating Penn State yesterday the way we did.

I'm surprised FSU didn't jump Boise. I often notice rankings go up for teams that have a big contest the following week. Sounds better for #1 vs #4 than #5.

I thought you guys were #3 last week. Maybe not a bump in 1st place votes, but you did jump to #2.

The Sooners reached a milestone in the history of The Associated Press college football poll without even playing. Oklahoma became the first team to hold the top ranking 100 times since the poll began 1936.

I'm still surprised that Notre Dame isn't ranked. They've lost close games to two undefeated teams. And they are one of the most storied programs in the history of all. They should atleast be in the top 25.

People are going to give OU the benefit of the doubt. Voters know that next weekend will settle if OU is really #1 or not.
