Real opponent before FSU, or BYE...which is better?

I've heard the saying "you improve most between your first and second game", and that usually seems to be the case...however, is it more beneficial for us to have a bye week before FSU, or to have played a weakling like FSU is doing?

Game experience is great and all, but playing a much weaker team isn't even comparable to playing against your own defense/offense in practice. Not to mention Stoops has a special thing about games after a bye week....I'll go with the bye being the better of the two.

OU will get more out of practicing against each other than they would get from playing Charleston Chew State.

I'm one that prefer a game against anyone, over a bye this early. Another week at game speed to fine tune our timing would be preferable. FSU won't show us anything in this game.

As Stoops put it, people dont take into account that these guys have been beating on each other in the heat of the summer for a month and a half now, this is a good time to freshen up those legs
