When this thing runs dry, shouldn't I be able to pour vinegar back in it and let it set for a few days?

Are you just using the vinegar or something? How does it run dry? And yes, I would think so... but I'm not sure.

I add more vinegar to my Louisiana Hot Peppers...and a smidge of h2o, to taste. Seems like a waste not to.

I thought it was just for eating the peppers and the juice was there just to keep them moist. But what do I know!

Bingo! a little more sweetness than white vinegar. I can get 3-4 'rechargings' from one bottle.

My brother's wife buys giant jars of pickles, and her and my nephew drink the juice and throw the pickles away. At the tailgate last weekend she poured all the juice out of the hamburger pickle slices and drank it. That's effing nasty. I mean if you're cramping up from playing football then OK, but just cause?

In the interests of public health and avoiding extreme ire from the female portion of society, I wanted to make that crystal clear.Bathing is the best option for hygiene.

And you don't have to try to figure out what to do with the peppers you didn't eat.
