How can anyone partner with people who threaten to sue you if you don't? Unless there is a written agreement, I don't see Baylor or the others winning a suit. Baylor threatens because they don't have the Texas legislature on their side. It will be a losing effort but then Baylor knows how to lose. One can't force their spouse to stay married so I doubt you can force a team to stay in the conference.

Looks to be all Baylor and Ken Starr. An OU source told The Oklahoman tonight that they didn't know about about OU having to commit to the Big 12 to allow A&M to go and then Blevins tweeted basically that OU, OSU, UT, TT to PAC 12 and LHN to be reworked. More money out of the PAC 10 for all.
