The contents on the linked page shows exactly what I find annoying about SEC fans.

1) They have no idea that Rice is not a Big 12 school. They think that the SEC is the beginning and ending of college football and have no idea what is going on in the world of college football that extends beyond the SEC's borders.

2) There are way many comments about "who is Rice?" or "can they even spell SEC at Rice?" Clearly their knowledge of schools does not extend beyond football. Rice is an excellent university but I wouldn't expect the average redneck SEC fan to understand that.

Many SEC fans remind me of Nascar fans...maybe because they are the same people. All they know is their respective sport, they know nothing about any teams or race series outside of their own little bubble....I guess many aren't smart enough to know about more than one thing. Many Nascar fans are not racing fans, they are Nascar fans and the same could apply to many SEC football fans. They make no effort to educate themselves on the world outside their little bubble.

Texas goes 5-7, debuts the LHN to 50 fans, gets the usual number of off season arrests and the MOB devotes most of its time to....

Wow. The MOB used to be something. Now they kiss UT's ***. Maybe they want to go to the ACC.
