I never had the slightest interest in this show until a few days ago. Boredom overtook me, and the first season was up on Netflix so I thought I'd give it a try.

This show is freaking awesome...it's homo as hell (literally) but it's actually pretty damned good. That bat-*** crazy cheerleading coach reminds me of a swim coach I one had.

And that ginger with the doe-eyes. OMFG, I want her soooooooo bad.

It's a great show. Well let me re-state, it's a show that has amazingly talented people that take great songs and put a modern spin on them and often times mix them with other songs.

when jessica went out into the sun at the end of the last episode i swore i'd stop watching true blood if they killed her off... good job jason.

and glee really sucks. like in a bad way. people that like glee are all closet homosexuals. i even gave it till halfway through the second season, hoping i'd see some of the genius everyone was talking about, but all i saw was the same tired teen angst stories with singing and dancing, which, admittedly, was pretty good, but still... its just a musical soap opera.

Watched the first season to see what all the fuss was about. It didn't bother me but it had me thinking... Is this really what's cool with the kids these days? I wish the 10-17 year old girl demographic didn't exist- entertainment is **** now-a-days.

All I knew about Glee came from seeing the Saturday Night Live parody when Jane Lynch was hosting. Later I caught an episode of the show and either the writers and actors of SNL were spot on (like Tina Fey doing Sarah Palin) or Glee is as moronic as it's parody.

Eh, I liked the show more when it was early in the first season and the show was more like a musical. Random song/dance that fit the episode and advanced the plot.

Now it's just 'here's the "assignment"' as if you needed help seeing what the theme of each show was. On top of that, it seems like every other character is coming out of the closet.

Although a fun drinking game: take a drink every time they say the 'key word' or theme of the week. I guarantee you'll be drunk before the episode is over.

And more on topic: the ginger is hot most of the time (before she crosses the crazy eyes line) and so is the true-blood redhead.

I just started the 2nd Season. Definitely not as good as the 1st season and decidedly more "preachy" as NP said.

Big negatives so far this season:
-The adorable redhead put some blonde highlights in her hair. Fail.
-John Stamos
-The Rocky Horror Picture Show episode

On the flip side, Brittany is getting a LOT more lines. She cracks me the f'k up.

I thought after the 2nd season Glee had jumped the shark: It was not nearly as good as Season 1.

However, Season 3, has been great for the most part. Great music from West Side Story.

I agree they overdo the gay themes, but, in the episode I Kissed a Girl, the production was top-notch.

Puck, the guy with the mohawk, is singing I Am The Only One, to the choir. The girl he knocked up in Season One and the teacher (who adopted the baby) with whom he is having a secret affair, are in the same line-of-sight. So as he sings the song and looks their way, it is not clear to them who he is singing to.

Puck did a great job singing the song - as good as the Melissa Etheridge, in my opinion.
