Am I the only one that thinks this whole thing stinks still and THEosu is getting off light... I am sure THE will do to TP the same thing they did to MO Clarrett... Is the NCAA really this dumb or r they in bed with THE????

Thanks for the links, CBUS. Like I said in another thread, I wonder what the NCAA's timeline is in announcing punishment... as blatant as these transgressions were, and as empty as tOSU "self-imposed penalties" are, I just can't imagine them getting away without major sanctions.

If the Bucks had given themselves a one yr bowl ban, that would have been respectable. But the crap they pulled; "vacate victories", geez, what nonsense...

How are they getting off light if they haven't announced sanctions yet?

Also, does the release of the UM story impact the level of punishment for tOSU? What the bucknuts did pales in comparison to what UM was doing... Though I think there is a more definable paper trail that involves leadership with tOSU.

What Caligula did pales in comparison to what UM was doing.

Good point. I don't remember what his NCAA sanctions were, though.

Vacated wins in gladiatorial games, slaves reduced by 5 per year for 3 years, and the death penalty (assassinated).
