Ha.

Any President from any party would be over their head in this economy. There are no quick fixes.

He's ****ed everything else up too. Don't simply blame the economy.

Obama can't even make a trip to England without ****ing it all up. The guy has the media in his pocket and he's still a freaking joke.

To be fair, Bush Sr. wasn't really Texan. I blame Sr. on Connecticut.

I rather enjoyed his speech. Reagan like in tone and very moving. I think he will be a big influence and could be what this country needs.

Bull***, DD!
Admit it! Obama doesn't have a clue how to run the U.S.!
He is completely unprepared, completely incompetant!
He thought he could use his Alinskyian training, and thug background from Chicago to run the country like Al Capone!

Or, is he just doing everything to destroy the country purposefully???Admit it!
BHO will go down in history as the worst of the worst!
Worst than Carter!

I would count Dwight D. Eisenhower as a pretty good general and president of these here United States. He was born in Denison and a few miles from Oklahoma, making him the closest to having an Okie in the White House.

Bush Sr. is a yankee. He never, ever talked like a Texan. Bush W. did talk Texan but damn if he do it rather badly.

About the only thing left for Obama to do is start a civil war.

Not excusing Obama, but ya know what ya got.

Not so sure with the aTm Stormtrooper.

Maybe he's the Real Messiah, or maybe he's just Messiah V2.0

Putting everyone on minimum wage is not the right cure for a high unemployment rate. It just looks good on paper.

Tejas also leads the nation in people that have no health care.

"just for starters".......

Why do you want the South to go through one of the bloodiest Wars in World History again when it would not only weaken the US position as a SuperPower and repeat history. The South may rise again but only to the point that every freedom you think your Conservative views would do to fix this Country....it would just bury them in the graves of folks like you who think that another Civil War is something that should even be considered.

Our Country is as divided as it was in the 1800s right now and it isn't doing anything to get our economy back. What it will end up doing is weakening it for a generation if not two with thinking like yours.

Seriously...run your ideas by a good psychologist Bro.

I know you don't have any kids and I hate to see you slaughtered in the streets by our kids. :D

When Perry was still a Democrat, he was the Texas state chairman for Gore's presidential campaign in 1988.

Yep, Perry used to be a Democrat and worked for Al Gore.

And Michelle Bachman used to work on Jimmy Carter's campaign in 1980.

And Phil Gramm used to be a Democrat.

Ronald Reagan used to be one, too.

And Arianna Huffington used to be a Republican.

Not that I'm a fan of Perry or anything. His cronyism turns me off, but you've got to come up with better material.

I used to be a democrat as well. I even VOTED democrat until I saw things differently. Also, where I lived, if you didn't vote dim, you didn't vote until the general elections. Changing party is not a big deal. it is how or why I would be more interested in.

You know the old saying...

If you are under 25 and a conservative, you don't have a heart. If you are over 25 and a liberal, you don't have a brain.
