I'm pretty sure I had to draw some of these when I was in College and that they were on some aptitude tests I have taken....

It's funny when someone goes to the Trouble of making a ICON for an important new sector of their Government....lol

What's wrong with this picture?

They better do some innovating cause in that configuration those gears won't turn...

I saw the title of this thread and expected that Obama was proposing a "Department of Innovation" in response to the economic downturn. After all the government is responsible for everything and also is the only entity that can fix problems.
