They're having a "10% off" sale. That's on top of a prior 10% off. Lots of bargains.

Here is somebody that gets it...

You don't go to Target and shop when they have signs out saying "Prices Increased 20%!"...but that is what too many people do when it comes to investing...

I think the bottom is somewhere around 7,000. Its overvalued. Barring any QE3 that might overinflate it again.

It could be...but we may be at the bottom today...

I have a lot of cash on hand...I am moving it over 10% a month...

I'm not an economist, but doesn't the bill for these hyper low interest rates have to come due at some point?

Yes, but then there is a furious bailout by bond holders, followed by picking up bonds at a lower price (higher interest rates). Stocks fall simultaneously because corporate borrowing costs will be higher. In other words, buy low and sell high or vice versa.

Most oversold since Germany invaded France!!

Good timing, got the following in an e-mail yesterday.

A U.S. Navy Admiral was attending a naval conference that included Admirals from the U.S. , English, Canadian, Australian and French Navies. At a cocktail reception, he found himself standing with a large group of Officers that included personnel from most of those countries. Everyone was chatting away in English as they sipped their drinks but a French admiral suddenly complained that, whereas Europeans learn many languages, Americans learn only English. He then asked, 'Why is it that we always have to speak English in these conferences rather than speaking French?'
Without hesitating, the American Admiral replied,
'Maybe it's because the Brit's, Canadians, Aussie's and Americans arranged it so you wouldn't have to speak German.'
